Who Owns Blog Comments?

UGH!  I've worried incessantly (and loudly) about who owns my blog (i.e., what if Blogger changes the rules?).  Well here's something I wouldn't have thought about in a million years:  Who Own's the Comments?

At first glance, I wasn't quite sure how this could possibly affect me, since I have no plans to publish my blog as a book or do much of anything with it except to keep on bloggin'.  Alas, there are several potentially sticky situations, as simple as moving your blog or running ads on comment pages.  You need to read this if you allow comments on our blog.
