Newbies... Bleed-You-Dry "Opportunities"

Some admit to being MLM, and some swear they aren't -- but it doesn't matter, because they're all designed to bleed you dry.

Here's a rough translation of their promises.

While we're on the subject, not all MLMs are evil.  Some are product-driven (as in, you make your money by selling products, and if you never recruit anybody, oh well).  Watkins and Mary Kay come to mind.  There are others.
