Is Your Order Form On the Blink?
Do you check your ordering system on a daily or weekly basis to make sure it's working, or do you assume all systems are go until someone gripes about it? (Remembering, of course, that most people aren't going to bother griping... they're going to leave, never to be seen again.)
One Erin Houston asks the question and wonders out loud if people would be interested in a cheap and easy system to take care of it for you... so I suspect more will be said on this subject.
Scary to think how many orders you could lose if you employ the "it ain't broke if you don't know it" philosophy.
