Business Suicide

What a great thread this is, especially the three-part story about the mechanics who passed up every chance to effectively sell their services.

This really hits home for me.  My medical transcription business paid the bills (usually), but I shudder to think how successful I could have been if I had made even one change; for example, following one successful lady's advice to "tell everyone what you do" (I never told anyone unless they asked).
