A while ago, she asked people to post their "dream business" idea and promised to do a bit of research and come back with the pros, the cons, and a very basic plan. I'll go back and dig up the other two or three (sorry, I completely forgot to post them here, stupid MaaMaw!).
In the meantime, here is Steve's Dream Business: shopping (and maybe cooking) for fire fighters.
