Hiding Behind Your Email??

Here's a really good article about picking up the phone vs. communicating with your prospects through email.

I really don't want to hear this, because I have no intention of picking up the phone... but really, it's an excellent article and I recommend you read it if you're guilty as charged and want to do all you can to increase your sales.

First it analyzes why you might be relying so heavily on email (this is the part I hated most), then it goes on to discuss seven pitfalls of emailing and what you can do about them.

Very good stuff, but leave me out of it!!
